Senior Account Manager

Based in Newmarket, with some travel to UK and European clients.

You’re ambitious and looking for your next move within healthcare communications, perhaps considering a step up from your Account Manager role, feeling ready to take on the challenge of client and account development.

You will be responsible for managing and building existing accounts, with some responsibility for business development with new and existing clients. There will also be the opportunity to coach and mentor more junior members of the team.

Applicants should have a life science degree or higher and a proven track-record of client or customer management, business development, proposal development and presentation, project and budget management.

Previous experience in the healthcare communications or pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing is preferred. The role will require travel to UK and European clients, with some out-of-hours meetings and travel.


Account Director

Based in Newmarket, with travel to UK and European clients.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a current or aspiring Account Director who is ambitious and looking to make a difference within healthcare communications.

You will be responsible for managing accounts from a strategic perspective and developing business with new and existing clients. There will be the opportunity to coach and mentor more junior members of the team, alongside line management responsibilities.

We’re seeking a Business Director to help shape our flourishing client services team. You may be a Client Services Director looking for a new challenge or an aspiring Account Director/Senior Account Director looking to make your mark somewhere where your flair for client development will be well-recognised.

As a Business Director at Hayward, you will be responsible for leading a group of strategic accounts with support from a team of direct reports. You will help shape our agency strategy and lead business, product and service development, with bottom line responsibility and full accountability for your part of the business.
